I use my in-depth knowledge of the body, movement, energy healing, and overall wellness to guide our stretch, reiki, and sound healing sessions. Our sessions activate your own healing response allowing you to naturally come into alignment and a state of well being. In stretch and yoga sessions I include fascial release movements and acupressure to target and alleviate chronic and acute pain.

 

Assisted Stretch Sessions

Targeted Assisted Stretching Sessions are offered on a massage table and are extremely effective at opening the body, reducing stiffness, releasing chronic and acute of pain, and improving fascial health. (Sessions can also be offered in a wheelchair)

Private Yoga Sessions

Private Yoga Classes guide you on your yoga journey and are tailored to your well-being needs and goals. These sessions help you begin or deepen your yoga practice, increase your range of movement, flexibility and strength, nourish your fascia, elevate your breathwork, and help you to feel at peace and energized. Sessions can include mantras, pranayama practice, yoga philosophy and reiki.

Sound and Yoga Energy Renewal Sessions

A harmonious blend of nurturing breath awareness, guided stretching and yoga poses, and sound healing with energy clearing. Sessions can be done on a chair, on a mat, or on a table. We begin the class with a tailored yoga session with hands-on adjustments and finish the session with a soothing crystal bowl and gong healing.
