Healing Session and Event Booking Policies
All full healing sessions (one hour or more) and events are booked online. Our walk in clinic is on Tuesday from 12-4 and Thursday from 2-6. We are happy to provide a complimentary email or phone intake to provide more information and help guide you in selecting. If the client requests that the session be extended past the original duration booked, the client will be responsible for paying for the additional time at the rate of $30 for 15 min, $60 for 30 minutes, $90 for 45 minutes or $120 for 60 minutes.
Cancellations and Rescheduling for Healing Sessions
All sessions booked can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. If it is less then 24 hours there are no refunds.
Cancellations and Rescheduling for Events
We do not offer refunds for event and class purchases. If we are given 24 hour’s notice we offer a one-time credit that can be used towards a future event or class.
We allow exchanges for unused items in their original packaging that were purchased in the last 30 days. Due to the small nature of our boutique, we do not offer refunds.
