“I truly believe that movement is medicine. Connecting breath and movement as we do in yoga is a stronger dose of that medicine. Yoga, to me, is a dance we do with our breath each and every time we step on our mats. I have a background in Exercise and Sports Science and a passion for health and fitness. My love for yoga has grown, along with my practice, over the past few years. I was inspired to become an instructor in order to share this passion with others.”

Slow Power Flow (all levels)

Kacey’s classes are themed to go with the season and Ayurvedic principles. She includes Pranayama (breathing exercises) and a 5-minute rejuvenating Savasana. Her classes focus on strength and balance.
