Each session is designed to harmonize the chakras, regulate the nervous system, and support balanced energetic flow throughout the body.

You’ll be comfortably supported on a mat or in a chair with blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows provided. Private and couples sessions may also be offered on a massage table for deeper relaxation and personalized attention.
