Our Gentle + Yin Yoga series is designed as a grounding and nourishing practice for the body and nervous system. This small-group experience blends slow, mindful movement with longer-held yin postures to release tension, improve mobility, and support deep energetic restoration.

Unlike drop-in classes, this series format allows for continuity, personal attention, and progressive depth over time.

What to Expect

Each session includes:

• Gentle, accessible movement to warm and mobilize the body
• Longer-held yin postures to support fascia release and joint health
• Breath awareness to regulate the nervous system
• Subtle energy integration and guided relaxation
• Space for quiet reflection and restoration

This practice is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, increased flexibility, and a slower, more intentional rhythm.

Practicing in a consistent small group builds familiarity, comfort, and deeper connection to your body over time. The series structure allows for gradual progression and personalized guidance that isn’t possible in a drop-in format.
